I needed two tires for my suv before the winter weather came so I seriously needed some decent tires quick. I called tire express and within the hour they had me fixed up nice business great attitude handle job with care. If it was one thing I would say I would change is a receipt or disclosure on services I paid what they told me and I didn’t mind but wasn’t sure if I paid for two tires and mounting or two tires mounting and tip but either way I’m satisfied with the service and will be returning. These guys are awesome! Took good care of us while we were in Hot Springs on a weekend getaway. Found out we had two bad tires, and they fixed us up! Not to mention, we were in and out in record time. Highly recommend!

I was going to come to this place by my brother who also had a great experience. I had a long road trip ahead of me, I stopped in to get my tires checked, was very pleased to see the shop was organized, the owner seems very nice and was very informative. His workers are kind and respectful, will definitely visit when I'm in town if I ever need replace or fix a tire. I also like the compliments they gave about my Nissan NV 3500. Overall this is a good place to come if you need something on your tires looked at or even replaced

Fast service, fair prices. $20 for a patch on a pretty bad screw in my tire. Shop doesn't have a sign out front saying it's cash only, and the staff doesn't tell you or point at the postcard sized sign in the shop until after service before demanding they hold onto your phone. Customer friendliness is a 0, and I don't trust a random stranger to hold onto my phone because they can't put a sign out front or communicate with customers effectively.

If you have cash and need a repair, probably a good experience. Otherwise, if you can make it, I'd find another shop to go to or call ahead, get a quote, and stop by an ATM on the way in.
