Love this place! My first experience with Modern Storage was in NLR, AR and I knew once I was moving to Hot Springs at Modern Storage, was where I wanted to be with my possessions. There’s a friendly staff in the facility is always clean and welcoming. You can’t go wrong here!

An absolutely awesome experience! I met Mason who was refreshingly friendly and helpful when I first came in to check things out. I met Mike Sanders, the manager, when I came back for a tour and more info. Mike, too, is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He explained everything very well and demonstrated for me how things work, the gate access, outer door access, where the trolleys are kept and how to use the lock and keys they provide free when you do a review. Which I am more than happy to do! As a woman having to do things on my own without help, I appreciate Mike’s patience and kind manner.
