James Palma and a team of installers came from Theilmann Group today to install our new furnace and air conditioner. Very polite and professional young men. We were quite satisfied with the install. I have used Thielmann Group to install a new HVAC system two years ago, and most recently a new humidifier. I chose them initially because their reviews and service track record with the BBB was excellent. I know from personal experience since that they are trustworthy, do high quality work, treat you with respect, and your home as if it was their own.

All of the technicians (Eric, Brandon, and Bryan) sent were not only efficient and competent, but also good people who cared about doing the best job possible and maintaining the good reputation of Thielmann Group. At the end of the day I felt valued as customer, and they made sure everything is working right to my satisfaction before leaving.

I will continue to give Thielmann my heating, cooling, and plumbing business in the future.

Chris Pohl and his crew did a great job installing a new Lennox furnace. Both the supply and return ductwork installation took exceptional skills to make it look professional.
Credit to Aaron Filczer who came the following day to clean ductwork in the house. He was both thorough in getting to every possible branch line and yet careful to not chip paint on grills. Much appreciated.

We needed a couple of the higher profile toilets installed in our home so we called Theilmann. Andy was pleasant and professional. He gave us advice on what we needed. The toilet in the basement had a broken flange, but Andy met the challenge well. He did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. Even though it was the busy holiday season, he fit us into his schedule which we appreciated. We would definitely use him again for our plumbing needs. Thanks Andy!

Jeremy Burkhardt did a great job. Solved , our problem , that's been going on for months. Malfunctioning zone valve. Was able to replace immediately. Heat is flowing properly through all of our radiators now. Thanks, Manny & Brigette Begos

Murphy’s Law, that’s right, on the coldest day of the season, negative something, I woke up to the temperature inside my house at 45 degrees. I sent out sos messages to friends and neighbors looking for space heaters as I was convinced that whatever the issue was it would not be fixed for days. My first call was to The Thielmann Group and to my surprise they were able to schedule an appointment with a technician within a few hours.

My technician was super prompt, professional and had my heat back on within 30 minutes of his arrival.

I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to call again with any HVAC issues.
