Such a smooth and easy experience! Signed up onsite and had a very friendly district manager and property manager help us and check on us to ensure everything was working. 5 stars for ease of use and customer service! The location itself isn’t gated but all units have a lock and there’s cameras all over

Nice facility. Not gated, but that is fine by me. Started with a great rate, but since starting in July, rates have increased multiple times. $20/mo increase most recently. Feeling a bait-and-switch may have been in play. Disappointing.

UPDATE
After my initial post (2 stars), I was contacted and asked to convey my info in an email, which I did. I was then contacted by Mr. PM of the company, who explained the situation to me and offered some ways to mitigate the situation. While the outcome itself was only a slight improvement on the initial situation, Mr. M was cordial and interested in my concerns. Rather than a big-business-run-around, I got someone who cared about my business, which was refreshing.

Rates have always increased, never decreased. Not sustainable for tenants. Pricing is confusing, as people on website are getting better rates than those faithfully renting. Just set a rental price and stick to it - stop changing it, don’t do these temporary promotions, or if you do, make them clear that they are temporary and one time use only for new customers. “NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY”. Otherwise it makes more sense for tenants to switch units every time you have a promotion

Massive improvement to my last storage location. They offer great security and the grounds are well lit. Not sure about all units, but mine includes a motion activated light and power outlet for keeping the battery maintained on my boat during winter. Last week I called with a question and the Regional Manager (Marc) immediately called me back with assistance. Really couldn't ask for anything more of a storage facility. 5 star amenities and service!
