We rented a 10x30 unit while our home was under construction. It was a new storage facility and I believe we were the first to have this unit. The location was very convenient to the new house and the rates were half the price of comparable units near our existing home in Waukesha. We did 12 months initially and were appreciative that we could extend the rental on a monthly basis until we were ready to move in. The rate did increase after 12 months, though still reasonable. The initial rental and moving out processes were seamless. If we ever need storage again I wouldn't hesitate to use this location.

Disgraceful business. Prices raise and that's fine. But you are going to lock people out who are paying the updated prices (on time even) for not signing your new rental agreements fast enough every time you pull the bait and switch on pricing? Shameful.
