I'm a home dialysis patient, and my medical supplies are delivered through this company. Last night, the driver left 25 boxes at the end of my driveway because he couldn't make it up the hill. All 25 boxes have now been destroyed and taken to the dump!! My supplies only come once a month!!! There customer service is BEYOND pathetic!!! If this company can't do any better than this, close the business for good!! You're company is absolutely WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I waited all day for my same day delivery package, then my account shows they attempted delivery but business was closed. My delivery instructions clearly state to leave the package by the door even if no one answers. The left no note on the door, no sign that they even actually attempted the delivery. Now even Amazon can’t tell me where or when it will actually arrive. Wow...I received amazon deliveries seven days a week and I’m not sure why they would use a contractor that provides such poor service.

I used to think they were decent doing same-day/one-day delivery for amazon. Until yesterday, I needed an air mattress immediately, and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, it delayed, so I had to sleep on the floor. What's even worse is that I got a notification saying the package was delivered at noon today, and I didn't see any package a my door. further checking the status, I found that it showed delivered at apartment office.
I went to apartment office one hour after delivery, they told me no body delivered packages earlier.

So, either my package is lost or the assigned driver is dishonest.
Contacted Amazon and asked for the refund. Amazon should seriously consider dropping them as the carrier.

Should be zero stars. All the reviews are correct. “Guaranteed same day delivery” from Amazon. Two days later, no call, no email, no text, no attempt to redeliver. Amazon tracking states that the package was attempted delivered which is obviously a lie. Will not do same day again. I'd rather wait two days and know that the delivery driver is actually capable of delivering my package.

Ordered package on Amazon early yesterday AM with same day delivery service before 9 PM. Received notification that package was delivered at 8:17. Package was not delivered. There is no evidence of the package at my complexes delivery room and nothing was left on my doorstep. Extremely frustrated. Called Dynamex only to be told that their “records show a delivery”. Their records are not reflective of the truth. Amazon should stop doing business with them or give customers the option to not have packages delivered by them. I’ll stick to UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

**UPDATE**

Upon 2 calls to the carrier it was determined that they no longer have my package and that it was lost. This required a 3rd call to the original vendor for replacement.

My package was ordered with 1 day shipping at midnight, delivery was expected at 9PM. After it reached 11PM and still not received my package I called their help center who informed me the drivers had already returned for the day and their office was closed for the night.
2-3 minutes after calling my ordered was updated to show the delivery date as 2 days later - which would be 3 days for my order with 1 day shipping.

I wish I could just go pick up my package from their distribution center which is ~10 miles away instead of waiting for their "1 day shipping".

I made a one day shipping order on Amazon, and it has been over two days. Still no package. They say they call, never do, and then email you saying they "couldn't deliver it" as I wasn't "present." I have been waiting all day, and only my normal mail person came by. By far the worse shipping company.

I still want my package.

This company is utilized by Amazon for same day or one day delivery in the RTP area. Every time I use them, I always have some problem happen. First time the package was delivered to the wrong apartment. Mistakes happen, I didn’t worry about it. Second time the package never came. Amazon sent out a replacement because they’re awesome but used UPS, which of course we didn’t have a problem. Two days later this package mysteriously showed up on our front porch..... now third time— we recently installed a Ring doorbell. I got a notification there was motion. I look at the playback to find that he courier who delivered the packing threw it at my door. He simply threw the package towards my door on the solid concrete. I could not believe it! Three more steps he could of sat it down. Thankfully it was not a fragile item. I notified Amazon that this company is not to deliver anymore packages. I will wait two extra days I need be! They put a block on them for delivering to my house.
