Tony McMurray was my Sales Consultant who was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle of interest. He took his time to show me all options. Sales Manager, Chris Gray, made sure I got the best deal for my trade and he also communicated with me to make sure I was being taken of, through the whole process. DJ McDonald handled the financing and he made sure to get me the best financial option and he was very thorough in explaining everything that would be financed. These three worked well together and their experience showed which ultimately led to my purchase of the vehicle. I recently purchased a new truck from Flow GMC and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I first spoke with Linda over the phone—she was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable that I decided to make the drive, 1 hour and 15 minutes each way, even though there’s a GMC dealership just 10 minutes from my home in Cary, NC.

Once I arrived, Tony McMurry (sales) was fantastic—professional, down-to-earth, and really knew the truck inside and out. DJ McDonald (finance manager) made the financing process just as smooth. He answered all my questions and somehow got me an incredibly low sub-1% interest rate, which was a huge bonus. I was on the fence about paying cash, going through the credit union, or going through GMC. He made the decision a no-brainer.

Before coming to Flow, I had visited other dealerships closer to home, but the difference was night and day. At one, the salesperson didn’t seem to know much about the truck, and the numbers kept changing once we sat down—classic bait-and-switch. At Flow, they honored the advertised price, knocked a little extra off, and were upfront and transparent the entire time.

I love the new truck, and I’m grateful to Linda, Tony, DJ, and the entire Flow team for making this the best car-buying experience I’ve had. Totally worth the drive—highly recommend!

I dealt with Luke Paul and Marty Edwards in purchasing a 2026 Denali Ultimate HD. They made the process smooth and easy. Luke made sure the 37s and leveling kit were installed properly on my truck, took the truck to another dealer to make sure alignment was perfect, and had the fenders trimmed to avoid scrubbing with the larger tires. Luke drove two hours to deliver the vehicle and even helped me swap my toolbox onto the new truck. I will definitely deal with Marty and Luke again.
