We recently tried Nonstop for the first time when another trucking company we have been using messed up ...again. It was a last minute run but Nonstop saved the day! We spoke with Zach who was awesome! He coordinated everything seamlessly and gave us a fair price. The driver who came to pick up the freight was courteous and professional. I plan to use Nonstop exclusively for all my trucking needs, thanks guys!

Non stop delivery has serious communication issues. They delivered a defective tv to my house, having to wait 3 weeks to have it picked up for the return. 2 weeks ago, I came home to a tag on my door saying sorry we missed you, never receiving any notice or pre-call. So I called the office, and he said it would be fri or Monday to get back out. Guys showed up a week later at 8:45pm, once again...no notice. Luckily, I was home and they took back the tv.
I received an E-mail from Non-Stop on September 5th saying the new tv was ordered. September 18th, I received another E mail saying it shipped and it would be delivered on the 28th.
It’s the 28th and I stayed home like an idiot thinking they would just show up... text message to NON STOP says she’s unable to find my order and it will be 24-48 hrs to receive a response.....
From the reviews on yelp and other sites, my experience seems to be unoriginal.
