My move from Dallas to LA with Suburban Relocators was a breeze. Catherine Cole worked with me on a very short notice, was always very prompt to answer emails or calls, and was very thorough and detailed with the estimating process. I was very happy that they offer 30 days storage with the estimate since at the time of my move I hadn’t found a place to live yet. Once I gave them the move-in date, my stuff arrived in great condition within a week (my stuff was stored in Dallas).

Elias and his team, who delivered my move was very punctual (especially considering my delivery was at 9 am on a weekday with LA rush-hour). They were very careful with my things, and assembled my big pieces of furniture and TV.

I recommended them to a friend who will be having a move from Dallas to San Francisco soon.

After a couple of days, I decided to move with a moving truck instead of using their services.
I was told that I could cancel anytime before the move and would get a full refund of my deposit. I cancelled in writing as required and also called .I was told it should only take a couple of days to get the money refunded back to my credit card. After 2 weeks, no refund. I called the company 3 times and was told on each occasion that it would be handled immediately and the money would be refunded. Although the person I spoke to on the phone was responsive and nice, I still have not received my deposit of $199.00 and it's been over a month. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. do not pay the deposit unless you are absolutely sure you will use this company.

Stay away from them. They gave one quote (after seeing pictures of all the stuff) and the day of the move increased the price significantly because they knew we had no other option. Day of the delivery, driver harassed me to make the full payment before unloading the stuff.

Not just that, they damaged every single one of my furniture. When I complained they did nothing and stopped pickup my phone.

Worst move of my life. I would recommend never ever to use this company.

I was very disappointed in this company. I called and got 4 estimates before selecting them because they were the only company that said they would reassemble furniture that they had not taken down. 90% of our things were in storage prior to this move (and unassembled) and it was very important to us to have a company that would set the furniture up. Not only did they not set it up but were very rude about it.

I have moved 5 times in the past 10 years and this is the only company I have ever had demand payment before they would unload anything. My quote was based on hours so I asked how I could pay when they hadn't finished yet. He said they would adjust it if need be. Guess what? They took exactly how long the estimate said with one guy sitting in the truck the last hour.

My last complaint was the disregard for things marked "Fragile" and even paying attention to how things were unloaded. For instance, my 2 filing cabinets came in upside down. That is not the way they were when they were picked up.

My move was out of Maryland. I specifically want to write a 5 star review for TX location and say a huge thank you to Cindy G. for coordinating and taking care of my move. There are a lot of bad reviews about Suburban relocation systems. My experience has been different. Its definitely a stressful process however it all worked out ok, nothing broken or stolen. Overall the movers were professional and efficient.

Moving across country can be stressful. After researching many moving companies to compare services and quotes, I decided to go with Suburban Relocations. From my first call, the staff was great. The office manager was patient, answered my questions, and assured me I would be pleased working with Aaron. During our conversation, I told her about an antique hutch that belonged to my grandmother. She was right. Aaron was just as amazing. He arrived early, was professional and assured me things would be handled accordingly. He even had notes about my concerns for my hutch. The movers were polite, professional and hard working. They were moving quickly, but carefully. They also took extra care to wrap and handled my hutch with care. Their price weren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive I found. But, for the service they provided, the professionalism from the office staff, Aaron and their employees, gave me peace of mind in my move from Dallas, TX. The service I received far outweigh the cost. I will certainly use Suburban Relocations for my next move, and highly recommend them.

They took my deposit, came and picked up my things just fine. After they picked up my furniture they will not answer the phone. It has been over 30 days and I have been calling and calling and calling and emailing and emailing and NOTHING. They were suppose to come last week and they were a NO CALL NO SHOW. I took off work and everything for nothing because they never showed and now i cannot get in contact with them. At this point I believe this company is a complete scam and I will be contacting my lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IM WARNING YOU. If I could go back I would rather just pay higher and use professionals.

Cindy the General manager of the 171 Railroad location in Lewisville, TX is AMAZING, she is an angel sent from God! I was behind on some payments and she pulled money out of her own pocket to assist with my moving truck costs and I will be paying her back within the next few weeks, she goes above and beyond to give you the BEST customer service, things went south with shipping my car through Creative Rides who is HORRIBLE and once she New about my experience with Ron the manager at Creative Rides, she called him and emailed him and said this is unacceptable and he lost their contract with them and they will no longer be working with him and she very quickly got me lined up with a different company and ALSO put $200 towards that out of her OWN pocket and refunded me the deposit of $150 that I put down with the former company Creative Rides! I can't even explain to you how helpful she has been to me, she has worked with me while she has been home and aaay from the office sick even! I will forever be grateful for Cindy and Suburban Relocation Systems!! You won't go wrong choosing them to be responsible movers shipping your items!! Love you Cindy!!!!
