My experience with Jet Couriers has been incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the hostile work environment and the way the owner treats employees and clients alike. From the outset, it was clear that the workplace culture is toxic. Employees are often on edge, fearing criticism rather than feeling supported. The atmosphere is rife with tension, making it uncomfortable for anyone to thrive or feel valued.

The owner’s management style is particularly concerning. There seems to be a blatant disregard for employee well-being, with frequent outbursts and a lack of basic respect. It’s disheartening to witness dedicated individuals being treated poorly, which not only impacts staff morale but also reflects poorly on the company’s overall service quality.

When it comes to customer interactions, the same hostility permeates. The owner’s attitude often spills over into dealings with clients, leading to a dismissive and unhelpful approach. Instead of fostering relationships, there’s a sense of indifference that makes customers feel undervalued.

In short, Jet Couriers is a company that prioritizes a toxic atmosphere over fostering a respectful and supportive environment. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere, as the treatment of both employees and customers leaves much to be desired.

Been working with this cpmany for awhile. Always great service Ive never had an issue and have done more than 30 pickup/deliveries. Very fast as well.

Worst customer service ever. We asked for an expedited courier service, they were outside the 2 hour window and our client was upset about it. We were charged for the expedited service fees and we requested those fees be removed as it was delivered outside the window. Not only did they not remove it, all the way to the president argued we should pay and they closed our account because I quote the accounting person "we were too nitpicky" . There are way too many other couriers out there that value customer service. Update: below response completely dishonest: no credit was issued ergo this review and no issue with any other courier- excellent service.. this response actually proves the point!

Zero transparency with any of the money you are making.

You are contracted to make 70% per load, but are never told what they are charging the customer for each load. Instead you are just given a flat rate on what you made each day on your next pay statement every two weeks. (You will have to wait and work off of faith until then). I was told this was done because former employees where undercutting them and taking contracts. Then you get your pay statement and average it out, you see that you are making $13-20 per load.

Now of course I understand every load is different. Sometimes I would haul things as small as an envelope. But most times I would have to haul multiple pallets, bath tubs, rims, moulding, ect. And not just down the street, but 30+ miles across the DFW metroplex through toll roads back and forth all day. When you factor in gas (around 300 miles per day), van wear and tear, toll costs. It's just not worth it.

Before you a book a job with them. Make sure the sales guys put exact notes you told to put it in the job . They charged me twice for one job because they sent the wrong truck with wrong jack. 😑 . Always check ur invoices after the job is completed . I have seen some unauthorized charges as well in the past when the problem is the with delivery driver lift gate not working but they are charging you for the extra time it caused them to deliver tbe product to your driveway.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. What a bunch of losers. Quotes me $106.00 to go to Graham. We schedule. Another guys calls back (Clint) and states we misquoted you at $131.06. I said no, we were quoted $106.00 for four hours.

His reply, oh we don't have a four hour to go there, its $360.00 now do you want it.

Talk about lowlife bait and switch. Do NOT deal with these idiots

REPLY: You say this did not happen? So you are liars besides scammers. It absolutely did happen. Anyone disbelieving this scammer can contact me for a recording of the conversation. Nice try Clint, this review is about as honest as you were when we called for service....

And just to prove my point - this review was under my personal name. They left a flame review on our company - How did they know which company to do that to? Because everything did actually happen, they know it, and they knew exactly who to flame.

Jet Couriers is by far the best freight company I have ever been part of. The assigments are well paid and the dispatchers are very logistic knowlegdeable. Great company with a “we can handle anything ” attitude. I see in Jet Couriers an outstanding professionalism, that motivates me to be a professional in every load. Great company to be a part of and to do business with.

All cargo van / box truck owner operator stay far away from these people the money they say your going to make doesn’t add up to the money you spent even if you do 10 drop offs or 5 drop offs it’s all still the same not enough money for the all the running around and the back and forth and wear and tear on your vehicle and when you leave this job and find something better they withhold your money that you worked for knowing that they have already made majority of money off the drops you have done but lesson learned this company is a waste of time and a ripoff don’t fall for it
