Where do I begin with this one? The absolute worse experience I’ve ever encountered was with this company. Before attempting to retain this company for my needs, we spoke in detail about what I was hoping to accomplish. It was stated she “doesn’t like to handle pro se cases.”But stated she would take me and began to inform me, she will get it taken care of. I supplied her with all information in her text message fact retrieval response for the person she was to serve. I’ll say this started in March. She claims she made multiple attempts to serve him and got ahold of him to spoke with him. She claim he was alluding at every attempt. I asked her to prepare the affidavit for alluding since it had been 3 month by this point. She told me she would prepare this document by the weekend. I followed back after the weekend where she reassured me she would get the document by the end of the week. This went on for months where she promised to provide the document. To then say the “retainer was never furnished”. She claimed she was going to send the link like she said in March. Again, I contacted her to let her know I never recieved the link. I had no problem paying the money to get the link. I never heard anything back. She just decided to never follow back or continue to do what she promised over 5 times. At the end of this she made the claim that “I use my kids as pawns” because my ex husband hasn’t paid his child support or alimony since December. He is more than $40,000 behind. She clearly hasn’t had to raise a child as a single parent. She even went on to explain that my child isn’t in as much need as other children. If you want someone who claims they want your business but truly wants to do bare minimum while briefing you on everyone else cases but yours. She is your girl! Zero professionalism!

Chris at Smoky Mountain Process Servers is the best. She was very helpful and managed to find a guy (who had eluded service in two different counties by local law enforcement) in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company and their services. Thank you Chris.

Chris is fantastic at what she does. She is reliable and quick to respond, not to mention very knowledgeable and personable. I firmly believe it would sully my reputation as an attorney to use a process server who mistreats opposing parties, overbills my clients, or doesn't provide prompt information on service but I feel 100% comfortable and secure hiring Chris and Smoky Mountain Process and Legal Services to work for my clients and me.

I was in a pickle and couldn't get any other services to come to my house for me and my bed bound grandfather but Chris came out (luckily it was on the way from a client within my area) and was there to my rescue on such a short notice. I'm more than thankful for Chris and how pleasant the service was and I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing a notary public.
