Horrible experience my husband and I had with this company. We ordered a mattress thru Satvaa and they used this company for delivery.
Delayed service for a mattress for a week, lied about making calls and leaving voicemails to us when Satvaa customer service followed up on why there was such a long delay.
Receptionist took service complaints personally and has called my husband a liar, while also backing up his claim they lied and had no record of the calls and voicemails receptionist told Satva she had made.
If you have the option to choose a different company, I would recommend doing so. It's not worth the headache of dealing with such immature incompetence and lack of basic professionalism.

I ordered a Saatva mattress, and Alpha Courier Solutions was utilized by them to deliver our mattress. I received a notification that Alpha Courier had our mattress, and they would be reaching out to me to schedule delivery. After waiting 3 days, I contacted Saatva, who confirmed they had the mattress for multiple days now, and that they should have contacted me. I remained patient, but after 5 days I called back to Saatva. Saatva then directly contacted Alpha Couriers, and the female receptionist claimed that they had been trying to contact me for a few days to schedule delivery. This was a complete lie, I had no missed calls. When I asked why they had not left me a voicemail if they really did call me, the receptionist had no response. My Saatva representative agreed, and apologized for her unprofessional behavior. Finally three days after that, I received a call from Alpha Couriers receptionist. She began the call by placing me on a 10 minute hold, and then returned to the call by saying, "oh I'm sorry I forgot you were on hold 😫😫. I asked her why the delivery was so behind, and that it felt like they were dropping the ball a little bit, and she lied again by saying they had just received it. I then scheduled my delivery (for another 2 days later, which was their earliest available date), and she then said, "Well I hope that we don't drop the ball again!"... very aggressively and slammed the phone to disconnect.
The delivery men were very kind and professional, but they told me that this was not the first time that someone had mentioned how rude and unprofessional the receptionist was.
Don't waste your time using this company, way more of a headache than they are worth.

Beware of this service provider. They are a devious and unscrupulous company that does not prioritize their customers’ best interests. They lie, cheat, and steal to create a façade of reliability and trustworthiness. While they may initially seem like a great company that’s easy to work with, this is far from the truth. Their true nature is one of deceit and manipulation, and they have no qualms about exploiting their customers for their own gain. Proceed with extreme caution if you choose to engage with them.

AWESOME experience...I had a new bed (mattress and base) delivered. The delivery team could not have been more professional or nicer. They made sure everything was kept clean and they took all of the packing materials with them. Efficient and pleasant - above and beyond in today's world.

What a nice group of people!?! Very professional. Wonderful experience from beginning working with Allison, Mike, and Marie, to the great customer service calls they gave throughout the delivery process all the way through to the delivery completed by a very professional courteous delivery driver! They even stored my delivery in their secure Warehouse until I was ready to receive it!

Alpha Courier Solutions has gone above and beyond for me time and time again! Thanks guys!

I would recommend these guys to anybody that needs any Hotshot immediate deliveries or needs something handled with finesse and care.

Beyond excellent customer service. Daniel and Gavin arrived at the exact time they called previously and set up which was important to us. They went above and beyond. They set up the display case they delivered even though they were just required to deliver it into our building. They were friendly, professional and courteous to our patients they encountered in our waiting room. I definitely recommend them.
