Had a mattress in a box delivered. The delivery crew showed up in an open straight truck that was filthy and smelled of grease. The outside of the package is filthy. I can't believe that something that will be going inside my home is this nasty. Delivery crew missed the three hour delivery window by 30 minutes. I do not recommend this carrier.

BEWARE!!! This has got to be the most unprofessional company in TN. You do not want these people anywhere near your home or family. Your packages WILL be damaged and the delivery people will be impossible to deal with. They will dump all of your broken stuff in the yard and take off so they get credit for delivering it. Pinnacle puts ads out that if you rent a box truck for the day you can come make deliveries out of that truck. They don't vet the people that show up. If you ordered something and this company shows up CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

Terrible experience my brand new furniture was delivered in a dump truck and was full of stains. They damaged my walls bringing it in they reeked of stale alcohol and was not professional at all!! Would not recommend the most terrible people they were rude!! And mad at me for them doing their job they knocked a clock off my wall and broke it lazy lazy lazy!!

o.k. , older equipment. The docks staff acts too busy to help you when you show up. Im a nationwide courier and I know how it "should be". Zero attempt to gain return customers.
