I went with this company because it was best rated near me. Originally I was gonna let the military ship my car but the reviews for the contractor they had were awful so I figured I’d pay out of my own pocket for my own peace. I chose this place and they did not disappoint! It was super fast, it took them about a week to ship my car from Washington state to Georgia. They communicated with me before the pick up & the day of the drop off with no issue. I would definitely use this company again as it was super affordable.

I had to ship a car from Tacoma, WA to Michigan with only a 2 day notice. Called Smart Auto who arranged everything over the phone and pickup was early enough for me to catch an early flight home. Car was delivered professionally and on time per my schedule.
I would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arises. Price was as good or better than expected.

Honestly i wont give them too much grief because they did get my car here on the date they promised. But communication is severely lacking. I dont know how many times i had to call them and leave a voicemail before they closed. I had 3 separate phone numbers i could call before 5pm and none of them would pick up when i needed an answer when they would pick my car up.
The trucking company they went through was great though. I was able to text the person who picked up my car and get an answer within an hour.
Overall, i would only use them if they were like my 3rd option

This company was a delight at both ends of the transport for my vehicle. In both cases the pick up/drop off areas were very limited so the drivers and I worked together and creatively to deliver the service. My hat is off to both drivers. This company rocks!

My car was picked up by Avacha Trucking on the date I requested and delivered on the date I requested, unlike other companies that offer a time frame range. My car was in the same condition upon delivery as when it was picked up. I am happy I chose Smart Auto Move.
