In this place, the staff is absolutely not literate! I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and they just started loading me at 2:00 p.m., and just because I went to them 5 times to start loading, my broker and dispatcher talked to them in a conference call and just started working! Here the girls are completely illiterate, not well-mannered and they don't care at the time of the drivers! Good luck with your business!!!

Apparently my package has been sitting in this warehouse for almost a week and there still has been no update to my tracking... I have a similar job as a logistic coordinator and it can't be this difficult... After reading some of the reviews here I would say someone needs to do something to help the flow of this particular warehouse loading trucks and generally speaking getting things moving.. To me it sounds like incompetence with a little splash of laziness. To be considerate is pretty much all it takes

Still no update. Concerned as this package is time sensitive will be returning shortly if not updated... Get it together...

Most of the time, around 6:30 - 7:30 am, it may take up to an hour in the line to do the check in
They need to do something with the guards!!! It looks like they always have new people in there and they don't have an idea of what they have to do!!!
About loading/unloading it varies a lot
Now the exit is in front of the first building, and the line gets huge, so it can be another 20 min to get out....
Once you get out of there it's kind of difficult to do the U-turn to go back to the CA-210

Maybe I went in an off time because easy in & out. Enter off Sierra lakes And left on Mango, go all the way down...line straight ahead of trucks is for Alcon, enter at gate on left for Phillips/Genco. There is a FedEx sign that says Truck entrance with an arrow.

Absolutely horrible here. 40 minutes to check in. It takes longer to get out the damn gate once loaded then it does for them to load you. They place all these red “security“ stickers on the trailer doors, now if that doesn’t SCREAM we have a high value load, I don’t know what does!

Whomever is doing the deliver to my address is not paying attention for the second time this week I ordered some stuff from wyze, they ask me you make the purchase and deliver through my Amazon account in there I my mailing info and instructions on how to get my packages to my door, for the second time they have delivered my package to unit 7 and they drop it off in front of unit 1, number one and seven for the units look very similar but if they took the time to read my instructions they would see that unit 7 is the very last unit in the building and not the first one which happens to be unit 1. I have been tryint to call but there is number just email and messages
