Was part of the brokerage office team in SC. We have never had any meaningful support from the main office in WA. Had to bootstrap all efforts whether office work, client acquisitions etc. Chain of command was no-where to be found for us. After a few months, I've received reports of carriers not being paid by accounting. Soon after, we received an email, that payments will be suspended for us as -, employees as well, with no clear explanation, warning or deadline, however we were expected to work. Payments were not suspended for management or owners however. A real company will always take care of employees first, even if it means owners have to wait. It was and is the opposite here. Beware if you want to work for this company. If this happened once, that means it can happen anytime, because the values of a real management are not there. Profit before people.

I shipped a shipment for this company to California last week, it's hard to imagine how unprofessional their company's broker is, my driver arrived at 3:30am and got unloaded at 9:30am, after my driver waited for such a long time, Daniel Guzuvaty refused to pay any detention for the driver and asked for a log book, I don't I don't think this is a reasonable request and don't recommend any carrier to work with this broker! I recently used skyline for my transportation needs and was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the very beginning, their team was responsive and professional, taking the time to understand my specific requirements and ensuring that they were met.

Throughout the process, Skyline provided regular updates and made sure that my shipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was truly exceptional.

In addition to their excellent service, skyline also offered competitive pricing, making them a great value for my transportation needs. I am a driver with about five years of experience, I've had a good experience with this company. You aren't micromanaged, you have freedom to do your job. There are a lot of miles to get here and they keep you rolling. The equipment is well maintained any issues it is dealt with appropriately and with swift efficiency. All trucks are automatics, Volvos mainly, older models(2019s) MACK trucks, and a few Freightliners coming in. This company is growing. Communication is the key to success here and time management. They have dashcams that don't record audio, but are a life saver in the event anything happens. ELDs are watched and you do have PC, Adverse Conditions, Yard Move, but like with anything abuse it you lose it(I haven't, but anyone with experience you know what you can't and can do).

We have a lot of expedited freight. There are two pay options, percentage which I believe is currently 23%(based on experience level as well) and staring out 63 cpm with the chance to make more. My personal recommendation is mileage due to the market conditions. Pay is listed on the website too.

Despite the hard times the economy is enduring Skyline Transport Group is still growing and heading in a positive direction. They have a solid team working constantly and an open door policy with the owners and hire ups. You can easily make over 100k here and take home ($2,000-$2,500) a week. That being said you will have to work hard for it and plan your time accordingly. You can make a cross country trip in 90 hours. Trucks are governed at 75 on the pedal, 73 on cruise. Equipped with inverters, no APU, but has a bunk heater.

Oleg, who is the HR manager, was upfront with me and 100% truthful. This company gets 5/5 for me.
