At the start after I placed the order with the rep Jonathan, to have my car transported to another state, there was hiccup. Once the driver and I talked to confirm his arrival time the day before, and on the next day the driver called to inform of his whereabout. Twenty minutes later or so, the driver came, loaded the car, and drove away. 2 full day later the driver texted me to inform his arrival soon to drop off.

Overall, kudos to the driver and also Ship A Car to deliver as promised. I'd recommend Ship A Car and yes the rep Jonathan, if you need your car transported. Jonathan was professional and courtesy when I talked to him a few times before I placed the order. Even after he followed up with me on several things. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but Jonathan/Ship A Car showed it to me.

I needed a car shipped on a short haul from Nevada to California on an ASAP basis because the hauler I had contracted with cancelled on me at the last minute. I found Ship A Car in a Google search, quickly checked their references and reviews and called. I spoke to Willie Dublin and he got on it immediately. He scheduled a pick up for the same afternoon and my car was delivered the next day in exactly the same condition as it was in when it was loaded the afternoon before. They met and exceeded all my expectations for customer service, price, performance and efficiency
