Booking with Felicia was super easy! She’s very nice and helpful! The delivery was quick and easy! By the time we got to him he already had the car down.. I would rate it a 10! The customer service was great! You always kept in touch to see how things are going! It was never hard to reach you! And Felicia always kept me updated with information about the shipping! Outstanding customer service and communication throughout the process and kept me informed especially with the time difference where I am at, my car, and her location. The whole shipment and paperwork/documents were difficult at first, but the customer service/clerk was always available and assisted me all the time which made it easier and ultimately getting my care on time. I needed my car picked up from East Tennessee and delivered to an older friend in Northern Michigan.
