Was scheduled to deliver at 7am on a Monday and had a double blowout on the trailer. Core said get there by 6:30 the next morning and they wouldn't reduce the rate, got there 15 minutes late and had to wait on the business to have their safety meeting, then had to wait half the day because they didn't even have the equipment on site to unload the commodity. Core still deducted the rate, and to me, that's bad Business. I went all out trying to get this load there as quick as possible. I even picked the load up after the BOLs delivery date so why punish the driver?

Booked a load on 1/22 out of Kennesaw GA with Marcia for a 1/23 pickup at noon.

I dispatch for 8 trucks and had actually booked another load for another driver of mine, picking up in Kennesaw GA as well.

Core emailed me at 7AM asking our ETA and I responded 3pm, which was the wrong eta, I accidentally gave them the eta of my driver picking up later that day in Kennesaw. Before I could even explain my self and tell them that we were still good for the noon pickup , Gisell emailed saying “you have been pulled from this load” and then ghosted us.

That is extremely unprofessional. Watch out if you ever do business with these people. They will pull you from loads and ghost you.
