THE PEST ISSUE HERE IS INSANE!! Run from this place. We’ve had this unit for over a year and a few months ago I went to get some things and everything was covered in mouse poop and pee. COVERED! I just started crying. My stuff was clean and neat when I put it in here. I’m devastated. Now I’m in the process of vacating the unit and I have to clean every item individually with a mask and gloves. My neighbor had a unit here and her brand new $1000 couch was ruined from mouse poop and pee.

The management does not care and only says “well it is an outdoor unit so…” You guys, MOUSE POOP, COCKROACHES, and BROWN RECLUSE are NOT normal. THIS IS AN INFESTATION. I’ve had outdoor units at 2 other facilities and this has NEVER happened.

With all the other stage unit options out there.. GO SOME WHERE ELSE. Don’t waste your money like me.

I am glad I came across this facility. The team here has been very helpful especially Jessica and Kathy! Jessica was a pleasure to talk to and streamlined everything for me. The area looks tidy and well kept for a great price. The units are exactly what I’m looking for I couldn’t be happier!

DO NOT KEEP YOUR STUFF HERE!! I went to my unit yesterday and everything and u mean everything was covered in mouse poop and pee. There were 5 LIVE brown recluse AND cockroaches. I am not kidding you. This place does not keep up its property. There are SO MANY other storage units in the area that you should use. My stuff was spotless before I came here. It's absolutely DISGUSTING.

My family has had a unit here for over 5 years now; by the time I was done with it, someone else would need it and take it over! Great location. No pest issues. Easy, standard keypad access and exit it’s plenty of space for turn around, if needed. I haul rentals as well as space for RV and boat storage as well. From what I can remember, they have a better price as well.

All has been good until Sept 4 when I drove up to find my lock gone and things gone from my unit, like an old safe from the 1800s with my parents' wills and wedding papers in it and some jewelry boxes. Steve is making not much effort to go through video footage even after I filed a police report. I even narrowed down the date spread. More than that when I was there last week I see the code accessed gate is open all day!! The detective told me the same thing. What am I paying for

If I was the owner and a customer's unit was broken into I'd be making all efforts to find out the vehicle! But since the gate is open all day anyone can go in and out.

I have contacted the AR Attorney General about this.

Edit: Last week I drove up and down the aisle where my unit it and NO cameras!!! The place isn't as secure as advertised. Maybe the reason he can't find video is he doesn't even have any! Or it's an inside job. The AG is still looking into this and I have a local attorney as well.

When we moved here from Utah our house was not fully ready. Being on a tight schedule and budget we were scrambling to get our stuff into storage and return our moving trucks. After a whole day of calling for the best deal available for secure storage and short term easy cancellation, we settled on Centerton Storage for our stuff. We were surprised when they decided not to charge us for the final month even though we got our stuff cleared out 2 weeks into the month. We will certainly recommend and use them again!
