This place is a Joke and ran by people just there for a easy paycheck, they don't care... I have 2 units that are the exact same I pay 2 different prices one online price and one walk in price so I have tried to get help moving my stuff by renting a unit online to get the same price on both and the lady continued to tell me she will call me back and nothing I called her back weeks later (as i have a life too) and again was told she would call back never did. I have been calling for over 2 weeks, and can't reach anyone but the call center that can't help at this point I'm being told I haven't made a payment in 2 months and I have receipt that show other wise. I at this point am trying to move my stuff out I no longer want to spend my money on a company that don't care. Maybe now I will get some help but I'm not holding my breath...

We recently had a pleasant experience with one of the maintenance team at the centerton location in Arkansas. Katie was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It seems as these type of employees are rare and valuable nowadays.
Nothing but good things to say about the quality and top tier cleanliness of the units and grounds.

I have had at least 1 to 3 storage units at one time with Easy Stop Storage since 2013. The facility is easy to access. The units are always clean. The price is reasonable. I have never had an issue with their management. The current manager Erin is very nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. She always answers all of my questions with absolute respect. I am highly recommending Easy Stop Storage for all of your storage needs.

Very happy with this storage unit facility. The units were very clean and easy to access. The manager at the time, Erin, was very helpful in answering any questions I had and a very sweet lady to talk to. The prices were reasonable and very affordable. I have been storing here for about 3 months and I love the motion sensor in my unit. I know my items are secure and the property manager Erin is great. Every time I am at the property, she is outside cleaning and keeping the property looking nice. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.

My brother has a moving company and I've helped out at this facility on several occasions. Curtis friendly staff, place is clean and well maintained. Home owners never had issues and neither have I. Ive never felt in question if a customers property was secure. Definitely recommend them to anyone in NWA!
