Over the years I have rented self storage units in a number of different locations. Until now they all appeared pretty much the same. When I entered the Pratt Mascio facility I must say I was amazed. I was not prepared for the level of cleanliness, security and professional organization that greeted me there. Never have I experienced a storage facility providing all the tools in the form of dollys and carts needed to move items from the parking area right to the door of the unit. The owners even provide drinks in the lobby if you get thirsty. The Pratts obviously take a great deal of pride in their business and that makes me want to do the same in my own rented space. That is why I put down tarps and erected storage shelves in my unit because I wanted my own area to remain as neat and tidy as the business they have created. I strongly recommend this storage facility to anyone. You will be amazed.

Great storage unit! Climate controlled and at a great price! This storage unit was much cheaper than others around which is great for someone who is a single income like me. The free coffee and water bar is much appreciated after loading and unloading into your storage unit. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The building is kept nice and clean and they provide a few tools/equipment to help move things from your car to the unit which is awesome since I myself did not have those tools or pieces of equipment on hand. I’m very happy that this is where I choose to get my storage unit.

Great storage units - very clean and secure. They even have waters and coffee for when you're moving in / out - such a sweet and thoughtful addition! The owners are also very kind and responsive. I have been very impressed with my experience so far.

I recently moved to the area from out of state. I did some research online before choosing this location for my storage needs. I really liked the new construction, temperature control, and video surveillance, but also the price. I was also very impressed by the amount and variety of sizes they had to offer. I called and talked to Julie and she was really great. She answered all of my questions promptly and had multiple ways to make it easy for us to get moved in on short notice.

The facility is amazing. It is in a great location and there is a lot of room to get things in and out of the facility. I got my 26' moving truck up to the door easily and there was plenty of room to turn around as well. They have dollys, carts, and complimentary drinks to make things easier and it has been a great decision overall. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Very high quality facility and customer service.

Excellent experience thus far. Julie was so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. I rented sight unseen and was given vague drop dates by my movers. Julie was extremely flexible and always responded to my questions in a timely fashion. The facility appears to be absolutely brand new and seems to have an excellent design. The professional moving crew that dropped my goods said it was the nicest facility they had ever made a drop to. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the facility and Julie's customer service. Excellent all around and would highly recommend!!

Relocated from out of state and needed a place to store home goods until closing on a house. Julie was super friendly to work with and the facility is amazing. Very clean and well cared for. The water bottles provided were very much appreciated when moving in June! Our items were delivered on a 29’ trailer and there was plenty of space for the delivery truck to turn around. If I’m ever in need of a storage unit, I’ll be calling Julie to see if there’s one available!

Julie and Jeff were very accommodating. I called and inquired about a couple of units and had an appointment set up to see them that same day! The AC works very well! The units were very cool on a 90+ degree day and they are directly accessible from the exterior. The facility is very clean with great amenities such as dollies and carts, security cameras, occupancy sensors on the lights, cold bottled water and coffee available to tenants. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Excellent storage place very clean and the fact you have to sign in love it. Also that fact you all have dollies and carts to load stuff was great 2 thumbs up. Made moving stuff in so easy. But the water and coffee was double 2 thumbs up very nice to know you can get water when it's hot outside. Thanks Lisa
