I recently visited this location and was surprised by the size of the building. However, despite its large space, the selection of pets was quite limited.

On the bright side, they do have an impressive selection of live rodents, which is great if you’re in need of feeders. Additionally, the store seems to be expanding or diversifying, as they have a grooming side as well.

Overall, it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for feeder rodents, but don’t expect a wide variety of reptiles or exotic pets.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
They do NOT take directions when it comes to grooming your pet. They didn't even complete the task. I found a mat behind his ear and his nails unclipped.
I don't believe they have the correct education to be grooming. They cut my fox face silky haired Pomeranian to look like a teddy bear Pom. They were asked the clean up his sanitary areas, remove matting and to trim him up. It was specified to leave him fluffy. That's how we like his appearance. When I picked him up they run clippers over my double coated dog. That is a major No No.

"While the coat of a double-coated dog will generally grow back after being shaved, it might not regrow perfectly and could take some time, potentially up to a year or two, for the topcoat to fully return, and it might grow back patchy or with a different texture."

I can't believe a groomer took it upon their self to decided how my dog should look. I will be telling everyone to stay away

With the entrance is nice. I walked in the door, overwhelming stink. It is so bad. I walked in with the snake. Gone through food, now the fish. Horrible condition. The first tank, completely dead. With the bucket with fish, dead. You need to get rid of it. Not only that, you can’t afford it at all.

After I inherited my Mom's darling Cocker Spaniel from VA I had to call several groomers in Clarksburg and Bridgeport.. No one had appts available and my baby had matted ears.. She desperately needed groomed ASAP.. When I called Eastern pet supply.. Leslie got me an appt the following day and explained and offered to help get the necessary rabies paperwork from my Mom's vet in VA... She told me it could take up to 3hrs or so.. Upon my arrival Savannah was ready and took our baby girl in.. Savannah explained she would do her nails, ears, and probably have to cut a lot of her hair due to the matting..I was shocked when I received a call in about 2hrs to pick her up.. She was all done.. Got there and she was so beautiful..I highly recommend Eastern Pet Supply.. Very personable and professional. Savannah did great work!! And the price was great! Thank you! Update..10-31-19 Another great job, by a different groomer.. she was so good she didn’t even have to use the muzzle!!

Ridiculous prices, I don't understand how they stay in business. Went there to buy diapers for my dog in heat and they were $42 for a 12 pack.. That's just insane, especially when they are $24 on chewy and 25 on Amazon. Highway robbery here.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They carry products retail chains do not. Better quality for sure 100%

I was so disappointed in my visit to Eastern Pet Supply. I went in and immediately the young lady at the front was on her phone and was rude. I walked around the store trying to find wet cat food. I went back up to the front to ask for help. She said, "I don't know they moved everything around." An older man came up and assisted me instead. I had a bunch of wet cat food I was going to purchase. I walked up front and waited. No workers to be found anywhere. I walked to the back and asked the young lady for help only to be ignored while she was goofing off. I waited 15 minutes up front after my encounter with her in case there were other workers. I ended up putting the cat food back and leaving. I took my business elsewhere. Such a shame. First time there and I will not be back.
