This place is pathetic. I thought they went out of business. Nope just lies. Smiling faces full of evil. They sell a great package full of false intentions. They were BAC, than Roman Freight Lines now Revo. DOT revoked there operating abilities mainly due to poor maintance on leased trucks. Mislead people saying they are not hiring than hire your roommate. False truths, seat swapping, cheat you on pay. Thieft if you leave anything in a truck. The safety rating is horrible and you carry the ticket on your record sky rocketing your insurance costs.
Run don't walk to the nearest exist.
If they did not want me on there team tell me, don't lie. Telling me there is a hiring freeze.
My housemate had wanted me to team with him. Not one word about anything to him not hiring me except, I changed my mind. No biggy I like where I am at better, plus my roomy is a co-driver. Get honest people!!!!

I gave a really good review right after orientation, I wish I would have waited.The orientation was amazing. I really was sold on what they said, I was pumped to start.
They do not stand by what they selling.

I never write reviews, so let this be a public service announcement. Avoid this place at all costs. What they sell you is not what you get. The manager over all the dispatchers and drivers is a piece of work. I would go as far as saying she’s a master manipulator and an ego the size of Texas. Arrogant is not a good look for anyone.

She has total control of it all and loves that she’s “intimidating” (not to me). She calls you out on a group chat, like a coward, so unprofessional. You call her out on the group chat and she deletes it. They pitched to me that they were all about communication but no one talks, it’s all chats.

They have no customers base, they get all their loads off DATS, what actual trucking company does that? Dead heading drivers all over the place, due to bad routing. I saw all sorts of money being left on the table. Pulling drivers off loads that have early appointments the next day. Then put him back on a load 30 minutes after his first appointment was due. Then in chats, tells everyone he’s slow and she’s never putting him OTR again. She takes zero responsibility.

They claim they are technically driven, that’s a lie. They work off antiquated spread sheets, they have no TMS system. They communicate on 3 different platforms, i needed 4 monitors just to keep up. drivers are so unhappy. In my last 7 days, countess drivers have quit and abandoned loads. When they do that, you know it’s bad.

No one knows if they are coming or going at any given time. It’s complete chaos all the time. She told me it was messy in operations, I have been in Transportation for 28.years. I know a mess and that was a complete disaster.

It makes me very sad to write this because I really did love the job, and I was hopeful to help them grow but when you have supposed “leaders” like that, I’m not interested. she felt she had to prove something or maybe she felt threatened by me. Go try to prove yourself to a weak woman with no opinion, because she barked up the wrong tree with me. . I’m not trying to waste my time. You have been warned.
