Great guys to work with! We had a situation today: the truck came in for pickup and our load had already been picked up.....
They had no problem providing us with a TONU as soon as they found out that the shipment had indeed left with another truck. But then, within 10 minutes, they still managed to negotiate with the customer for a new shipment. That saved us a ton of time and let the driver hit the road towards home as it was scheduled. Definitely recommend them for business together !

We did partial load with them and delivered on time with clean BOLs. When we got paid a month later, we were shorted $500 without any explanation. After trying to find out why we were shorted, Packer Freight claimed that we delivered the load a day late without any proof. Not an honest way to run a business and take advantage of a carrier that has ran multiple loads with no issues ever. Will not be doing business with these shady brokers!

For other business owners-- I can't recommend these guys enough. Here's why -

From my first convo with PF, I found a noticeable difference between PF and previous brokers we were using. Before a colleague pointed me to PF, I shifted between a dozen or so brokers -- Our team was sinking valuable time, bandwidth, and energy into coordinating freight and chase down lost product. Huge headaches and very costly.

The guys at Packer Freight have saved our business time, money, and previously unavoidable frustration. This is as close to an in-house broker as you can get. All we do is forward our needs to Jake's team and they get the job handled at lightning speeds with no questions asked. Their rates are the best you're going to get for reliable transport. They have felt like an extension of our team since the first phone call. Very pleased.
