Round 2 (two years later): needed another unit, Dave came through for me. Over my 60+ years, I have interacted with quite a number of businesses and managers. I can honestly say that I have never met anyone that was more friendly, courteous, and helpful than Dave. If everyone in this crazy world were like Dave, it would be a far better place.
