I worked as a driver at Lubenow for over 3 years. Best trucking outfit I have worked for. Home every night. Runs across Wisconsin and Chicago. The tractors are mostly new and most trailers are brand new. The hourly pay is way above average and they have a quarterly safety bonus. Pay raises are often. Hours can be long some weeks but the overtime pay makes up for it. Dispatch team works hard to make everyone happy and getting time off is as easy as a phone call. The operation manger is a great guy and the safety team treats drivers like grown ups. Owner is involved with the company and works hard to keep drivers happy. Overall a great small trucking company. If an opportunity closer to home hadn’t popped up I’d still be working at Lubenow.

I’ve been with Lubenow for almost three years now. I previously worked for a different company similar to Lubenow before that. I can honestly say, it’s night and day for the better. Jim and Dave are on top of things if something happens on the road. As far as treatment of employees, omg first yr shortly after I was hired, I shattered my big toe and was off six weeks, I would expect to get fired but nope, they wished me a speedy recovery. My significant other has health issues and sometimes I need to be there for her. Lubenow is like “totally understandable, family first” I get bday cards, Xmas cards, and quarterly safety bonuses and I’m only “part time” If weather is bad, Dave would rather have you get a room and maybe be delayed with your delivery than force you to risk your life, other peoples lives and the vehicle to make sure the load gets there on time. That’s important to me. Over the road driving is one of the most dangerous jobs, right up there with Correctional Officers (I went to school for that lol). I have NEVER felt once that Dave, Tammy, or Jim didn’t care about MY wellbeing. Lubenow really does take care of their employees as far as my experience with Lubenow.

We contracted Lubenow Express to haul a shipment and they provided top notch service with excellent communication throughout transit. We even faced a minor issue that was quickly resolve due to dispatcher Petra patience and understanding. I would Gladly contract Lubenow Express on future shipments!!!

I drove truck for them very careless company dont care about you or your family .. They lie more than any company i ever drove for the only thing John and Petra care about are the trucks they own or have loved ones in..its funny when company trucks sit empty but the dispatcher that own trucks leased on to the company never are. They will tell you what you wanna hear to get you in the door after that the lies start.. And saftey there is a joke to. Out of hours come back to yard sign out out then just run off duty. I FEEL sorry for Darrell the owner cause they lie straight to his face. Darrell on the other hand is a very down to earth and honest guy just the wrong people in charge is all

Kind disappointing ,sounded like a good fit for me until I told her I was blind in right eye.ssid I'd need to pass dot physical,doubt I would. Wouldn't think so for sprinter van operators. Btw low pay

The company is great wish i would have found this company many many years ago. Very open door policy. The owner is great treats everyone with respect.

Thieves. I blew my engine working for these guys, made up a bunch of fake charges, stole my whole last check, four months later finally paid me back my trailer escro and doubled my trailer rent and doubled the fees I already paid.. crooks
