Purchased battery 20 months ago was never installed in vehicle went to install and it wouldnt take a charge. Napa woodland would not replace it as it was two months out of warranty. They have lost all of my future business. Napa Woodland you need some customer care training. Will let all my automotive friends not to do business with you.

Bob the manager at this store is amazing he is very informative he helped me for 35 minutes straight very knowledgeable very helpful and helped me understand everything I was getting for my car he knows what he’s talking about and is super helpful he explained everything in great detail and didn’t try and scam me for more money with more expensive parts

Friendly helpful staff. Went in to get some brake clean, and they have some of the lowest prices on brake clean I have seen. It is an off brand but I will give it a try. Only $1.93 with tax. They have popcorn inside, and used oil return outside in the parking lot. Pretty big store with some larger quantities of items, for more industrial customers. They have a separate wholesale counter for businesses to use.

The employees at the Woodland NAPA Auto Parts were so kind, and helpful when I went there to get oil and a filter. The employee who helped me remembered my dad, who worked at Lewis River Motors, so he came there almost everyday, back then! They have been great to their customers for many years!

Very helpful staff. They were happy to help with the code reader. Very responsive even when they were busy. I was helped very quickly and everyone else also seemed very happy and appreciative too. It is usually a good sign to me. I didn't even make a purchase this time however when I need something I'll remember this place for sure.

Called yesterday and spoke to Bob over the phone. One thing led to another and before I knew it he as answering all kinds of questions with his vast amount of experience -- very helpful and a big value-add to their business. Went in later in the day for a part that was out of stock and they were able to get it for me the following morning! Very fast! Placed a couple orders online recently, too -- to pick up in the store and they've always arrived on time. They even give you a call to let you know your order has arrived. Great service!

It has been a harrowing day of brake repair 2000 miles from home. I needed a rotor turned and parts. Not only did they take care of me, but gave me some great advice on fishing in the area while I waited. I'd give them 6 stars but I am only allowed 5.
