Fast, friendly, and thorough. Tyler took me on a mini tour and explained the different options that were available. I like that they have other office amenities for business. The board room, copy and computer station and free guest WiFi are optional amenities during business hours and guest receive complentary coffee and water! #TeamWinning! The prices are good too for the amount of storage needed compared to other locations!

Brand new place with tons of cameras and security. Caleb the asst. manager took lots of time with me and answered all my questions without rushing me. I was able to see several units and pick which one I wanted. I feel much better storing here than my previous place on Colonel Glenn Rd.

I highly recommend Modern Storage on Shackleford. It is a beautiful, clean, and secure facility. A great office with amenities. Tyler and Zach are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We are having to store our household possessions while on a temporary relocation out of state. They helped us get a good-sized storage unit in the climate controlled building. And when that wasn't enough space, they quickly got us an outdoor facing unit and then helped us switch to a larger unit when we found we needed even more space. So very helpful in accommodating our needs during a stressful and time-constrained move. I've used other storage facilities in the past, and Modern Storage has been the best experience I've ever had.
