Expensive. Limited hours. Changed the lock on my unit without a phone call and had to wait a week for the keys in the mail before I could access my unit. Finally went to put my stuff in it and can’t lock the stupid thing! Wasted 20 minutes of my life two separate times trying to get the thing locked and ultimately left it unlocked because I don’t have time to fool with it. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the original lock but they did charge me an additional $20 for putting a new lock on! What a joke.

Mini mall storage is always clean the staff is always helpful with anything I need . Also I have never had any issues with the company. Mini mall storage is the best storage place I’ve used to keep my things and I will stay with mini mall storage. Thank you for all you do !

I wasn't going to post about my experience but I keep getting endless emails to write one so here I am before I block their emails. I started using them in February with the understanding that it was $65 a month and if I showed proof of insurance I won't have to pay an extra $23 a month for their insurance.
1st month- $65
2nd month- $65
3rd month- $111

I called, the bill added an administration fee for $8, a carbon fee for $10, a processing fee of $8 and some others. They said the administration and processing fee was to help fund paying someone to be at the office. They also charged me a fee for their insurance after I sent in proof of insurance, not once, but twice and called each time to verify they got it. I asked if the office personnel paid over $15 an hour and they said no. I asked if someone was there 24/7 and they said no. I said then that is not worth it to me. In my contract in very small print was the notification that there was going to be these extra fees which to me seem excessive and pointless. Another company with high paid leaders and underpaid workers actually doing the work. There is way better practices of storage business than this one conducts. I suggest everyone go anywhere else. I am now on my 2nd month with another storage unit and read every single find print. I pay a flat fee of $55 for a LARGER unit.

There you go mini storage, here is my review you keep asking for. I don't wish you are prosperous in the future.

Climate controlled storage units. That's a huge benefit. The downside? There is no entrance after 10 PM. Personally, that's a crock. I'm not sure why, as a paying customer, I can't enter my unit after 10 PM.

Updated review: A few changes were made recently, and it has improved my overall experience at the facility. They have now earned their 5-star review.
