These guys take very good care of our firm. We had been running around all day today and I realized they picked up a return that I hadn't yet signed... I called and asked them not to deliver it, and instantaneously I heard their manager on the radio in the background letting the courier know not to deliver to the package... They came back, picked up a good copy, and off they went. People who care about client service as much as I do will get our business every time.
