This delivery service is outstanding. I needed an important document delivered within 18 hours; A-1 delivery service had it done! I’ve had 2 different occasions where a delivery driver broke my pallet jack & said nothing to me… nothing was done to resolve this issue on the customer service side. My company & I have done business with A1 for 10+ years, spending $200,000-$300,000 total on deliveries over that time. However, that doesn’t seem to matter to them… so I will now be looking elsewhere for courier services that provide proper customer service, and actually value their long time customers.

I have used this delivery service several times with mixed results. I pay by credit card. They give preferential treatment to Account Customers. On busy days, they will not take my delivery order. On bad weather days, when I need them the most, they will take my delivery order.
