I waited over an hour for the paint department to mix a gallon of paint. The hour+consisted of 2 different persons and a call to Benjamin Moore and still no paint! After much frustration and time I stated I was going to a real Benjamin Moore store. The female desk clerk who watched the entire ordeal, who did not wait on me, called me rude. I said I was not rude and they had very poor customer service. I wish I could give no stars.

I go here all the time they are all so helpful and nice but today I went to get some keys made. Two keys I had been trying to make copies of and was told by a few different places they couldn’t do it. Randy was able to make the copies after a few tries. Really appreciated him trying to get them right. He is the key wizard! Thank you 🙂
