I don't want the staff to suffer for what one or two individuals did but this is my honest review. I can't attest to their work because they were so unprofessional in attempting to get a quote I would never consider them again. We had scheduled in April of 2022 a flooring quote. I scheduled off work to be available. When there was no one present an hour and a half after our scheduled time I called and they explained something came up and needed to reschedule. I understand, things happen. I should have been contacted but things happen. We schedule for the next day. The next day I am again home from work early to meet someone to measure for our quote and it is long past our appointment time again. I call and again a very helpful but clearly flustered woman is going to try to track down “LT” and see if he can’t be here to do so within the hour and they are very sorry. The man that arrives to measure is clearly very important and in a hurry and does not want to be here. I am polite and helpful regardless because I need this quote. I describe the needs and the person who recommended them. After seeing the scope of the work needed and explaining that I understand that the subfloor will also need work (this part made him ask me if I understood that and I said “yes I was told you could do this part too”). This man looked me up and down and said “ Are you going to be paying for this?” Somehow I held my tongue until he finished measuring. When he announced he was finished measuring and I should expect a very long wait for my quote because they are very busy I said I understood and asked if he could confirm the rooms measured. He hadn’t even measured all of the rooms. We have a very small house. It is clear that they are making plenty of money and do not need ours.
