Under staffed, they take about an hour to receive a trailer. 4 hrs to get loaded. They let one truck at a time for live unloading or loading. Nobody in Receiving are attending drivers.

Surprisingly wasn't that bad. Just check in with the guard on the right when pulling in, he'll radio for a dock number then back into the dock. Then, walk all the way to the left of the docks to the 1st dock and speak to someone through the dock door and tell them your dock number and give them the paperwork. By the way, they'll whistle to you when they're done so either listen up or hop out and go to the first dock again for the paperwork when they stop unloading. Only took about 1 hour. I don't know how. I was delivering.

Ray is the security guard at this place I check in when they opened the gates at 9 am and Ray didn’t wanna get me unloaded cuz I didn’t tip him. Ray made me wait from 9 am to 6pm to get unloaded and get ppw. They try to get down on u and say u won’t get detention cuz they’ll make you wait off property in front of their gate. Come to this place early and make sure you stay in contact w broker to get detention cuz I’m telling you rn they not gonna sign your ppw.

This place be ready when you delivery they are very very very 🐌. They have 2 docks for more 10 truck and they take to long to unload truck .
I really don't like them .

You have to be careful if you’re going to this place . They don’t have space in their warehouse if you have a live unload. So you have to wait till they ship something out. I got here at 11 and left at 6.

Slow...they don't open til 9am and being first in line it still took 2 hours to unload. If you show up in the middle of the day, and several trucks are ahead of you, it will take the majority of your day to determine done.

Very slow with unloading, you have to wait in line to get to the next available door which can take 2 hours. Get there super early in the morning.

Worst warehouse in Laredo TX , bunch of lazy people,attends drivers one at the time, to begin, you have to wait outside, until security guard give you a signal,try to avoid business with this people,you are gonna loose money, doesn't matter if you have 1 skid or fully load,to deliver or pick up, they don't care,
