Only giving 3 stars cuz they upped the lumper fee and the language barrier lumper is 120$ now has to be paid cash order guy in the front is really cool just park in street plenty of overnight parking on street check in front office opens at 8 was also a food truck outside around lunch time

Worst company.will not come back again waiting 30 hours for getting unloaded.everytime i go just listen one thing mexican driver is not here .5 canadians trucks were waiting from 30 hours .avoid this place .people are nice but it’s cross dock service available here.its not a cold storage .punjabiyo 2 din toh wait kiti a unloading lyi bai avoid kreyo koi fayeda nhi waiting hi aa .thanks

Avoid this place if you have to drop a reefer load I been here last 24 hours I came here little earlier then my appointment because from what I heard when you check in you have to wait for a truck from Mexico that they can transfer your load I checked in this morning again and I was the first person to checked in this morning I thought they might give me dock since I’m the first person now I went few times just for updates they said they are not sure it could be tomorrow too because they have to inspect the load and they will call me ☹️😖 I’m never coming back to this place f this place.

Stay away! They are not a cold storage. They will use your trailer for storage untill trailer/truck arrives from Mexico!

First time delivering at Edco.
Very good customer service. They were awesome. Checked in at 8 and got call at 12 for unloading. As its bonded load, its normal to wait for inspector to arrive. Once at dock, they unloaded quickly. Very smooth delivery without any Hassel.
