Benefits are unreachable. The company's they maintain contracts with, treat you like slaves, with no ladder to climb. They fire people for bull**** reasons, just to save money. I was not only a victim of that, but saw it happen many times over. Hell.... I saw them wipe entire depts worth of contractors 4 different times in just 2 yrs. Of course they brought back the ones dumb enough to take a pay cut. Do not fall for this company and it's lies. If you want to get into the Aerospace field, don't start here.

I felt very comfortable testing and interviewing for HQ Aero. Though I was interviewing to be an apprentice, the interviewer saw where I was BEST fit. I appreciated this aspect, because it allowed me a foot in to learn more about the position I would like to aim for. As a side note, the offices were kept extremely neat and orderly, everyone behaved professionally.

My son was with them for 18 months to the day when they laid him off ..he couldn't take his test to get licensed even though he had all the signatures to do It because they laid him off so to me they are a horrible company do not recommend
