I have been trying to book an appointment for an elderly lady for over 2 months. I held on for over 4 hrs at a time each time. I even was number 1 in the Q I drove to Maddox Rd, and asked if the phones were working properly and let the receptionist listen as I was still on hold. The next week I spoke with the head person in charge. She came out as I explained the situation. She said I don’t have anything to do with that it’s not my job and rudely said we are booked for two weeks and so you’re just gonna have to keep calling. I politely ask well if no one is available to answer the phone or give an appointment what do you do? She say we are not going on about it and her bills are not up for disconnection ! I stated I know what it’s like to be under staffed, but the lady had to spend money on repairs and her funds are not there. She said rudely you’re just going to have to keep calling. I have been a human resource worker and I would never be rude or act like I don’t care about the people or as if their problems don’t matter. I have always gone above and beyond to help others. Maybe you all can do something about this matter. Several had the same concern and came to the office while I was present.

It's a darn shame that I have been holding since 7:59am and still holding at 11:04. I was number 25 when I first called. You mean to tell me it takes over 3 hours to answer 25 calls. And once you get someone on the phone they have no idea what your talking about. I asked the lady yesterday about the Liheap program and she asked me what is that. Just WOW! They don't even know what they're doing there. I called mdhs and asked about the same program and that lady told me she has no idea what that is. I swear I can't make this up. There has even been commercials asking people to apply and the workers have no clue. Maybe they should spend less time sitting around with attitude and start learning about the programs they offer.

I stayed on hold for an hour and thirty minutes to make an appointment only for them to tell me to call back the next day to make an appointment because they were booked for the day. They get 0 stars.

Make you sit on the phone for hours and most of the time never pick up, I sat 4 hours back to back for a week straight when I finally spoke with someone she told me she didn’t have any times available and to call back, I’m now two days in and still waiting 😞

It makes no sense to be on hold since 8am in the que just ro be told they out of appointments @ 845... There has to be a better way to contact your organization for an appointment rather its the week of or the following week.

My rent is still not paid and I applied and got approved for help in April now I have a balance that keeps getting higher n higher every time I call or send an email they never respond back last time I talked to someone there they said they will handle it which was ms. Well this doesn’t make any sense o have kids and now I don’t have a vehicle to go in person anymore. I need help n it shouldn’t be taking this long for them to do something about it. Now it’s this high because of late fees

Every time you call them you hold on for hours and then when you finally get through they tell you it’s full for today call back tomorrow you call the next day the same thing it’s been 3 months I haven’t gotten an appointment
