Absolutely livid with my recent experience. I was out of the country for a few weeks and couldn't be present to verify an engine shipment. I was on the phone with the company on a Friday and asked them to hold the shipment to give me time to verify if the engine was the right one or to arrange for someone to inspect the product on delivery. They verified that they would hold the engine for 3 business days before any storage fees would start. I call back on Monday to find that they delivered the engine anyway, leaving me to deal with the mess. I was told that their team must have missed the email telling them to hold the engine. Great, a shipping company relying on email for their shipping process.
