I ordered a chicken coop to be delivered to the store and it arrived in a timely manner. I put it together it is small and will accommodate up to 8 chickens and that’s fine with me as I wanted this size of a coop. Also was very happy to see that the wire around it was actually galvanized hardware cloth, and not standard chicken wire. Which is truly a better material for a coop. I assembled it together by myself made a few modifications to make it safer from predators. I have added a herb garden around it and with the help of staff at Menards it looks very nice I will be adding chickens to it as soon as they are of age.

The store was very well organized and easy to navigate! I was looking to build a custom coffee table (for my gaming room) and needed assistance initially in the hardware department. The Assistant Manager, Ally, was extremely helpful and guided me through finding various screws and tools needed for my project. She also kindly directed me to the lumber department and the electrical department (for RGB lighting, which she brilliantly suggested!). It was a wonderful experience. I can definitely recommend this location!

Hard to imagine a worse experience. Ordered 4 pieces of lumber that were allegedly in stock. Drove 67 miles only to be given the wrong lumber; proper lumber not in stock. Nearest store that has it is another 30 miles away. Menards won't transfer from one store to another. Was sent from pickup area to the front of the store for a refund. Customer service desk wanted a receipt for the online order. Finally found the email and got my refund.
Went to the big orange store and got my lumber immediately. Menards is a complete joke. Avoid them at all costs.

Rented a truck at your Bridgeport, WV location last Friday. I returned the truck in perfect condition and on time. Tomorrow will be a week and I still haven’t received my $300 deposit due to a “glitch” in your system according to your manager.

Nice store. Glad to have one close to home. Made our first visit a couple days ago. Wonderful interaction with employees concerning canning goods, and kitchen sinks. So much so, returned the very next day and purchased the sink. Thank you for employees who know their stuff and are willing to help.

Came here with my mom and her bf + kids to get foam insulation. Employees were very kind and helpful with getting the foam in the trunk with no problems.
I wasn't here to get things myself, but the time here was spent nicely 😁👍
