Did all of the reserving online since according to my husband it was cheaper than in person.
We get there to check in, it’s super far from the elevators, we have three children, and it’s already inconvenient to be on the second floor. We haven’t even used the storage unit, mind you we are just checking in, and they want to charge a minimum $35 fee to transfer to a unit closer to the elevators. Our stuff hasn’t even left our car and we’ve just pulled in! All we wanted was a unit closer to the elevator for convenience!
The girl at the desk says she spoke to her manager and there’s nothing they can do about the transfer fee!? What do you mean there’s nothing you can do?! WE HAVENT EVEN USED THE UNIT! WE JUST DID IT ONLINE!

No ma’am, you are not getting another $35!
Would’ve canceled, but that’ll cost me 100 bucks too!!

I guess the best advice I could give is to do it in person and check out the facilities FIRST !

Won’t use you again!

excellent service! helpful staff, great web deal, its a beautiful clean storage place. We just got off a plane been traveling all day 3 hrs of sleep - Keona met us with a beautiful cheerful smile, that warmed us right up from the bone chilling cold rainy day. She was so helpful to explain everything to us, it was one of the best parts of long travel day. This is our 2nd unit here- each time we walk in or talk to someone on the phone it has been Tip top service. Thank you so much! This is the place to store your treasures.
