Was blessed to have my parents buy me a used 2008 Ford Escape at this dealership. I was a happy camper. It was originally located in Harrisburg, Arkansas. Absolutely, horrible service.

Charged $2100 to fix the forward collision and airbag light. Forward collision was fixed.

Airbag light came on as soon as we left the dealership. Called back and they told us there was nothing they could do to resolve it and didn’t want to help knock some off the bill.

Also told me the check engine light was on due to the headlight …… ok lol.

I’d stay clear of this place. FR

We are from TN but found our perfect car at Ford of Trumann! Chris and Asher were both fantastic to work with. Car buying flat out sucks but they made it seamless. They mailed us everything we needed to get it registered inTN and it was a breeze to get our new plates at our local county clerk. We will need another car in the next year and this will absolutely be our first stop. Also we did buy the extended warranty. The tech in the car has glitched a little so we will already be using it. Clearly no fault of the dealer- 100% the risk of buying a used car especially a newer car with new tech. I’m so glad Asher talked through our warranty options so we could be covered!
