Security guard was nice and loading was quick (dry van) but my issue with this place is that they don’t answer the phone or cb radio when you try and check in from the staging area . It’s been out of order for quite some time and they haven’t fix it yet some you have to walk from staging to the guard shack 😒

Vary polite employees. You have to get there before 9 pm in order to get your load. They're open until 10 pm. Guard said that they won't expect any trucks after 9:15 pm.

Friendly guards on the way in. General rules for most paper mills. The people in the clean out area are friendly and helpful although it can be quite hectic at times. It’s a busy area with clean out, backing, and check in. Yard dogs are helpful usually if you need assistance. There is a scale but they don’t inform drivers that they can use it. The scale area can be busy with loggers but it’s convenient to have because there is not one close. There is a parking area up on the hill on the way in/out if needed.

Same crap that you deal with at any paper mill but the people are fairly nice. My biggest complaint are the yard dogs and their insistence on lowering the landing gear as far as it will go, leaving the driver to try to lower a trailer over 20 tons before they can connect to the damn thing! Next time it happens, I will fetch one of the dogs and he can raise the landing gear to the appropriate height. I refuse to hurt myself because of their lack of common sense!

I understand that sometimes it takes a bit to get the load but, when you try to call the number, I get a busy signal. It makes no sense for anyone to be on the phone when there are a few drivers around.

Loads are almost never ready Sat 2 days for a load until finally my comp and had to get me another load from the same location and behold it isn't ready either.

I've been here for an hour and still waiting out in the driver pool gravel lot. I was told I was on hold whatever that means. Big waste of time!
