My past landlord is denying my refund of my deposit after I've been moved out of house for over 4 months they moved someone else in immediately and did not charge them a deposit and they're saying that I owe damages four months after I moved out of the house so that's why they're not going to pay me but I have proof of everything I mean everything and they jump from I need a paint job until I threaten to sue because it's been over 60 days. Now they're blocking me and not responding and I moved into the home and the floor following me in air conditioning unit didn't work and it needed paint man I'm talking about electricity blew out my little girl went to the hospital from the mold and stuff it fled up her asthma real bad that have surgery and then the previous hospital all through the house and it was coming all on the walls and stuff and so didn't have the circus so they moved me into this house that I'm complaining about now that I have been out of over 4 months.

Thank you for contacting the Better Business Bureau. This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 7/15/2024 against Arkansas United Investments. Your complaint. Moldy house and work orders for maintenance requests takes a month to come patch repair and later charged if fixed. Fraud use of identity theft and UNSAFE FOR CHILDREN!!!

I rented from this company for 4 years and when I first moved in everything was great, when things needed to be fixed Mr. Glen sent someone right out and handled it. But, once Mr. Glen left the company it turned bad. Nothing was ever fixed or if it was it took months for them to come out to handle the problem. Mold was a problem at one point and instead of them fixing the window where the mold was growing from the moisture in the bathroom,from not having a vent, they sent out the maintenance man to scrape the window where it was and put bleach on it. I had someone come and look at why the utility bills were so high and it was because the home needed new windows throughout... they never repaired them. The only good thing about this company is that they are affordable. But, they know people are going to go for them because they are affordable and it's hard out here for everyone. So if you can fix things yourself or know a good handyman go for it... but if you are a single parent like me... run from this company or just pay the extra money to stay somewhere better.

My experience with them was awful. They don't respond quickly. They were very rude and also the lady lied to me. Had been trying to contact them for a week to get the status of my application and when I did speak to someone the told me that they would call me back and never received a callback. I recommend that if you're looking for a place don't go through them cause they'll give you the run around. Customer service is terrible. I don't even see how they're still in business.

Scam artist. Took money for a rental application on a property that she claimed had no other applicants. Then six hours later she told us she rented out the property to someone else before we could even go view it.

I've been here for almost 10 years pretty nice people if you're looking for a places to live and call your own please give them a call definitely worth it semi affordable
