Came by with two crucially important tasks and specifically asked to carry them out in an accurate manner. After waiting whilst the staff was chatting and the job was finally taken on board, they failed with one of the tasks. For the second one was ready to take my business elsewhere for obvious reason. And the lady working there has got some major attitude issues. Customer service at its poorest.

I had a very simple task I wanted done:
a copy of two IDs, both sides, 1 sheet of A4 paper.

The guy who was supposed to help me first had to ask his boss if that was the 11” x 17” paper (it’s not). After I gave him the measurements of A4 (8.27 x 11.69), he still wasn’t sure if it was 8.5 x 11 or the next one up, 8.5 x 14. Granted, I could’ve told them to do the 8.5 x 14, but I didn’t know if maybe they had all kinds of paper there.

When the guy first came back to me, he handed me two sheets of paper, both only with the front sides of the two IDs. I told him that again, I only need 1 copy of each of the IDs, but both sides of them, on 1 sheet of paper.

After watching him fumble with the printer and test print multiple times for 5 minutes, he comes back with 1 sheet of paper, but both sides of it have the same front sides of the two IDs. At this point, his boss takes over for him and does it correctly within 30 seconds.
