Don't book a package with them that includes flight & a rental car. You will go to the airport and pay $150.00 extra in fees. And if you get a compact car which we did by accident, you risk getting yourself killed while trying to merge onto busy rd or highway

Have been on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for over an hour. If you send an email the earliest they get back to you is 60 days later. And they don’t respond on their website chat box. I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service before in my life. Also, once you go to the airport (for me it was PIT and CHS) the agents at the desk and the ones who checked us onto the plane were also horrible at customer service. Not very accommodating to military (not saying I deserve special treatment), but they were rude when I asked about free luggage and TSA pre-check. Also the agents seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Asking other airlines for help on what to do.

After finally getting ahold of an agent about a refund for a cancelled flight they tried telling me I had cancelled the flight over 10 days after I had actually cancelled it. Just so they didn’t have to return my money or grant me a voucher. Absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely not be doing business with them again.

The absolute worst airline. Customer service is nonexistent! Wasted hours calling multiple times and no one ever answered!! Flight delayed 4 times in a row. Over 2 hour delay each time with no rhyme or reason. Entire day lost and $ lost on our accommodations at our destination lost which we may never see. They also charge you extra money for a carry-on. I made the mistake and won’t ever again. Do yourself a favor a book with a legit quality airline.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from an airline. Waited over 4 hours to check my bags and they the flight was the worst flight I have ever had. Hands down would never choose this airline for your travels. It’s cheap in price and experience. I recommend paying the extra money and flying a different airline for your travels.

I'd give no stars if I could this allegiant air is a joke they let you fly to your destination and then when you go to come back WITH THE SAME BAG OF CLOTHES YOU CAME WITH they make you pay for a carry on. Sad and pathetic. The women working at gate b6 in Myrtle beach airport nothing but money grabbers and dont care about customer service. Won't be using this terrible money grab anymore.

Flights were reasonably priced. Check-in at the airport was super quick. The only complaint was that the plane was not thoroughly cleaned. If you look at the floor where the seats connect, there was crud caked on the seats.

I’ll never fly with Allegiant air again their 40 pound policy is a joke i had 43 pounds and argued enough with the rep at counter and he ultimately let it pass after telling him I’m not taking a free carry on so why can’t you just let 3 pounds pass.
