They obviously do not do background checks on their drivers. Otherwise, y'all would have found out about the Bad Conduct discharge for Theft, Fraud and Forgery from the Military (not to mention he has a few civilian charges of the same thing) for one of your drivers. Maybe that's why he's trying to transfer to the TN branch

Don't go to work here. They have been bought out and the new company is terrible. The recruitment company lies. They are still advertising for local day runs with day routes. When you start you are told those positions are not open. They have to recruit with lies because even the employee turn over is so bad. Even the trainers were leaving.

If I could give this company negative 100 I would. My fiance Cody Schrank hydroplaned in truck 8769 on August 9th 2023 on his way to the terminal from Carthage Missouri. If anyone remembers August 8th the big thunderstorm hit. The truck had one headlight, no heat, and insurance card was from 2020. When he went around a corner on 23N he was doing 25 mph bobtailing back and hydroplaned stopping parallel to the road only thing hit was a speed limit sign and the only damage was a passenger steer tire. The cops didn't give him a ticket but they wanted to for the insurance card not being up to date. He didn't drive for another company after but magically when he applied for this new job his background shows a preventable for southerner refrigeration on 9 30 2023 doing $50,000+ damage. Legal actions are being looked into and action is going to be taken for this.

Gave me a truck that was always in the shop and also forced me to take off for a work accident and then didn't pay me for my time off. They want you to work 12 to 14 hours just to bring home 1000 dollar paycheck.

Dangerous and rude drivers. They have no respect for the rules of the road, nor their fellow drivers with whom they share the road. Today I got a huge rock sent flying through my windshield by a driver going 20-25mph over any posted speed limit with a filthy trailer that hasn't seen a wash out in God only knows how long. The only way I was able to see who the truck belonged to was when he or she slowed down briefly for a stoplight. I called to let the company know about the incident and whoever I spoke to was less than helpful; they did not even take any of my info to follow up.

These people employed drivers that pull out in front of people, and then laugh at them when they almost slam into the side of them. Apparently it would be funny to take the life of a young mother right before the holidays. That’s what this company believes in.added s photo of truck she driver but I’ll be making a police report because If I had not been paying attention, my son wouldn’t have a mother anymore!!!!

The Lord prepared me a table in the presence of Lew Thompson & Son Trucking, Inc. and He promises you recompense also.
The driver ran into my pickup with a semi, he fled back to the trucking yard, then he refused me his insurance info, Harrison Police did not arrive and wrote it up as a parking lot incident, then their insurance company refused to pay me for the damages, so, I pro se litigated them so they will think twice before trying to do the same to any of you. I do not recommend this business for these reasons.
