Ordered the family meal online, the boxes were filled only a little over halfway except for the rice. Someone went a little overzealous on the kung pao chicken, it was way too spicy and was overloaded with red peppers and pepper flakes. I like spicy food but not the point of it burning my face and ears. I had one scoop and my plate was full of peppers. Not even my garbage disposal teenage son could handle it.

Update!!!!!! They reached out to me and made it right! I will say i got a lot more food and it was all very fresh and warm. I appreciate them making right!

Let's start off with they open at 10am. I visited at 1045am. For a bigger plate it was very very little food. The rangoons was cold!! I would say I only got 1/2 of an order of chow mein. For the price and the amount of very little food I got it was not worth it.

Food: Wonderful. They had the firecracker chicken as the managers special and the manager or the lady with the black shirt on gave me a pretty good amount as I told her I have been looking for this for a while. They discontinued this item a while back in my home town “Dallas” so I gave up on looking for them to bring it back. This was a real treat and it was fresh and tasted great. 5 out of 5

Service: Great. The manager was informative and nice along with the rest of the staff.5 out of 5

Atmosphere: Consistent with all the other Panda Express locations. Clean and move the an enough space for us to sit. 5 out of 5

Price: Great price for the bowls we had. 5 out of 5

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone and will be back the next time I am in the area!!

I am a regular visitor to Panda Express and this location is my first time. On the way to Arkansas went to this location Panda Express and the food was very good as expected. Good variety like other branches and the interior was bright and neatness was maintained well and there is enough parking space.

Fast, fresh, and delicious, but the staff was not friendly. They didn’t ask me if I wanted to round my change up for charity(I always do and had to ask them to do so), they didn’t smile, they didn’t offer soy or any other sauces, and the water fountain in the lobby was broken and they didn’t offer a glass from the drive thru fountain. Very disappointed in staffing, but 4 stars earned from food alone. Would still return and recommend.

First time coming in. First person I met was Tonya and she was not very welcoming in the least. No one told me I came in the wrong door so I ordered. She put it in a Togo bag without asking. I sat and tried to eat but the food was awful. The workers seem very unhappy. Not a good time. Paid 18 for this and it's just average. No sauces to go with or anything.....sorry bad experience

Long post... Ordered on 06/18/2024

The food was great as always but one of the cooks seemed to have other things on his mind... Like visiting people out in the dining area or standing by the register. The two gentleman up front preparing people's orders seemed scrambled because food wasn't coming out fast enough. They constantly were telling back to the cook what they needed, but rarely got what was asked for. I had placed an online order at about 7:50/8:00pm. The email said my order would be ready by 8:16pm. I waited until 8:20 to leave my house, arrived at 8:25pm and still had to wait until 8:45p for my food. Then got to the car and realized some of the apple pies were missing. Then waited for those to be cooked and packaged for me. I was irritated and the two gentleman upfront could see that, however they were apologizing frequently as it was somewhat out of their control due to the cook not paying attention. There was another cook(a woman) she was on the left side of the kitchen. Not sure what her assigned take were, she was doing things but didn't seem to be in correlation to the immediate food that needed preparing(maybe she was prepping for the next day since it was late, not sure)
