Today was a great experience with Brandy. She was so very nice. We spoke over the phone because I was pretty much lost. I was headed to a storage facility to confirm a reservation for storage for our boat. When I got lost, I stopped in the driveway of a mini mall storage to turn around. I saw the number and decided I should call 'just in case". She talked me off my ledge, gave me some excellent information about her location. She stayed with me on the phone to make sure I was headed in her direction, while working on the paperwork.When I got to her storage place everything was all ready, all I had to do was sign. Over the top customer service! Thanks for being a Rockstar!
