Took my grandfather to his storage near Hot Springs Village to grab a few things we needed for a family function we were having later that day.
Upon leaving we noticed we had a flat tire. My grandfather could not change it because of poor health. I have AAA and called them but was a 2 to 3 hour wait for them to get to us.
We waited in the afternoon heat because my car's AC is broken, and there very little shade in this particular area. We waited around 30 minutes and a nice gentleman came up to us on a golf cart and introduced himself to us as "Matt" the manager of CubeSmart . He said hello to me and my grandfather and also noticed my grandfather's veteran cap he had on and thanked my grandfather or his service.
He asked if there was anything he could help us with, and I quickly pointed out the flat tire. Matt said he would be more than happy to take care of it . He looked into my trunk, and discovered I did not have a jack. He said it was not a problem he would be back in 5 minutes. When he came back, he had two bottles of cold water for myself and my grandfather and a jack from his own car. I thought that was so nice for him to think about us like that. He quickly changed our tire and we were able to continue with our day and most importantly our family function .
My grandfather wanted to compensate him as he was soaked with sweat and dirt from changing the tire, but Matt refused and again thanked my grandfather for his service and gave him a CubeSmart business card with the store phone number written down and said to call him anytime if there is anything that we might need. We can't thank Matt enough for saving the day. He is an awesome guy! Glad to know there are some people out there that still care about others. CubeSmart is a great place if you need storage in the Hot Springs area . Very close to Hot Springs Village . Manager “Matt” makes all the difference. Customer service at its best !

From the beginning of looking for a storage unit, Mary, was the most courteous and accommodating person I had ever met while trying to rent a unit. I have seen lots of storage places and none have been as delightful as Hot Springs RV and Storage.

The young lady who set us up was very sweet and helpful, thus the 4 stars. She even brought a broom and swept the 10 x 10 unit out. Very easy online rental, with a visit in person to do paperwork.
The unit is fairly priced. The location of these units are located away from the main units, in a gravel and dirt lot, with extremely huge ruts caused by runoff. They're supposedly going to bring in gravel to level it, hopefully very soon? The yard itself needs to be mowed. Otherwise, it'll work just fine.

CubeSmart Hot Springs Village - The onsite manager, Matt Landry, was extremely helpful and we were able to secure, when we needed, the correct size storage unit for us. Matt made the process easy, answered our questions, was organized and friendly; and (important to us) Matt was very patient and cooperative as we worked through the required details. Matt has made it clear he will be available if we need assistance and is easy to contact.

Just Stopped in for rates, etc and was so impressed by their employee that I want to share. He introduced himself as Matt and was extremely polite and respectful. You just don't see that anymore. Well, he helped me figure out what I would be needing, and offered to show the units to me, which I declined for now. He was such a pleasure to deal with, I know Cube Smart must be glad to have him. He also explained that his management's core values are in treating their customers well. And that, he did. I'll be back.

Upon arriving to Cube Smart Storage we were greeted with a big smile and a warm welcoming. The environment was clean and clutter free. We were assisted by the property manager Matt. He was so helpful and answered all of our questions and provided us with all the information we needed. Our customer service experience was hands down 5 stars. We found CubeSmart very clean, secure and an easy unit to store our RV. The manager Mat was very professional and helpful. He made us feel very welcome and was so easy to work with. CubeSmart was recommended to us by several people and after meeting Mat we can understand why. So we definitely give Mat a 5 star!!!!!!
